These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of portable toilet units and related services provided by Gainesville Porta Potty Pros to customers in Gainesville, FL and surrounding Alachua County areas.
Rental Agreement
By confirming a rental with Gainesville Porta Potty Pros, you agree to these terms. The rental period begins upon delivery of the unit(s) to your specified location and ends upon pickup by our team.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the delivery location, maintaining the unit in a reasonable condition, not moving the unit from its original placement without authorization, and reporting damage or issues promptly. Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or neglect beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.
Service Schedule
Standard rental agreements include weekly waste removal and cleaning. Additional service visits may be scheduled for an additional fee. We will make reasonable efforts to service units on the agreed schedule but are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations after the unit has been dispatched will be charged the full delivery fee.
Liability
Gainesville Porta Potty Pros is not liable for injury or damage resulting from improper use of rental units, unauthorized relocation of units, or conditions at the customer's site that are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring the placement area is suitable and safe for the unit.
